Callum holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of York and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University. He further advanced his expertise by completing training with the British Psychological Society, earning Chartered status as a Sport and Exercise Psychologist, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). He is also a supervisor for new trainees looking to become fully qualified sport psychologists. With experience across a diverse range of sports including rugby, MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, golf, athletics, and esports, Callum has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by performers in different disciplines. He specializes in both performance enhancement and wellbeing, using evidence-based psychological techniques to help individuals achieve their goals, perform under pressure, return from injury, and maintain balance in their lives. Outside of his professional practice, Callum is a competitor in American football, an avid mountain biker, and a passionate participant in competitive gaming.
